I am Isabella Pedroli-Graves and I specialize in Italian cooking. I have been cooking professionally since 2005 and have mostly worked in Italian restaurants in my home city of Los Angeles; I also honed my skills and knowledge of regional cooking in The Republic of San Marino and the Italian regions of Le Marche, Emilia Romagna, and Liguria. I am a perpetual student of my craft and a storyteller intent on sharing the origins and cultural connections of the food I cook.
